SHA-1 spamming?

There has been someone going around spamming what looks like SHA-1. Not really sure what is going on with this. I've seen it at Filipe's server and a couple of others. Something kind of needs to be done about this. Here is a screenshot of the spam. I am sure you have probably seen it. It is really getting on my nerves, and I am sure it is for most other people.

He could just be spamming random characters, not SHA-1.

I've never seen the Cyrillic mod used at any time when I've played, at the least not recently, and no one on the topic seems to complain about numbers showing up. I'm pretty sure it would come out as squares instead of numbers anyway. Maybe he's describing the width of the universe in millimeters?

The mod requires a ^ in front of your message. There's no ^s anywhere in there. Do the math.

I got a very angry Steam message from Eepos for this post, he said he wanted to beat the stuff out of me.

This guy is an admin of Dredran's server and a another butt buddy of eepos when eepos came on and started spamming he did nothing the entire time.

Funny thing is he is, but I neve admined any "adolf Riddler".
Eithet he used to be called something else, or someone else admined him.

Also, I have seen Runite doing this, as well as someone named Liddle Anarchist. I'll post some more if this continues to happen.
