How to turn a SWF into a GIF w/ transparency

Ive been working all day to get this right.. But i just cant do it, I've been trying to use flash 8 to have my logo go between hues but when i export it doesnt register the filters so it just shows me a 60 frame animation of the logo being the original color... this is really amking me mad.

so now i have a 60-frame swf with my logo changing colors and not knowing how to convert it into a GIF with transparency... meh.

Your solution didn't help at all. There is no solution for this, except converting to a PNG sequence, then make it into a gif
