Author Topic: can a sand free pocket still scratch your phone?  (Read 893 times)

I got a new phone and want to put it in my pocket. Even if i dont have sand in my pocket, can it get scratched?

The real question is, why is there normally sand in your pocket?

My phone is scratchless and it spends most of its time there, but I guess it'd depend on the material of the pocket and the screen of the phone.

If you're afraid of this, though, get a screen protector and it'll be fine.

I've been so tempted to walk around with sand because of that. I just don't know why.

I looked up if I'd get scratches and the websites said that if I have sand I'll get scratches. Sorry -_-

Also, I've put a case on my phone, including a screen protecter. The main reason I got a screen protecter was because of my pocket, but it makes the phone look ugly (I randomly got it off amazon, and the air bubbles never went away for 2 weeks) so I wanted to remove them while being able to put it in my pocket still, so I was just wondering.

Are you living in the desert or beach

You should probably just call Sandmaster to get that stuff exterminated.

idk what else would scratch your phone if your pocket is empty...

just empty your pockets before you wear them lol

It shouldn't, my iPod and Phone never get scratched in my pocket.

uh
why is there sand in your pockets

OP probably lives in the desert.

What phone is it?
It depends on the type of glass on the phone and the Lumia 900 has the worst glass a phone can have so good luck if its a Lumia
