Will the Nvidia Geforce GTX Titan bring my shaders to max?

To the max and far beyond.

If you're planning in buying one make sure ur CPU is up to par also, you probably need a core i7 or something.

I have a great graphics card, a few years old and I can do max, if that is a new super graphics card, you're in luck.

Make sure you have an adequate power supply.

If you really want performance you should go for a 2 way SLI.

Power supply 1600 watt.

Also I was reading onlije and that card conpares very well with the GTX 690, and I think the 7990. Since you are spending a heap load of cash just please look carefully ino all of the cards.

That should be good enough.
Also ill just stick with single card.

you can barely run minesweeper on that casual card. get a GT9800 or something.
