Colorset Not Working Properly

Recently I made a colorset called the Fantasy Colorset as seen here. http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=232254.0
And if you notice in the image, 2 Colors in it got glitched and look blue & purple. I tried re-coding the colorset but the code is perfect and shouldn't be like this.
I believe this is a glitch with rather RTB making an image of the colorset or a glitch in the game that won't allow these 2 colors to be added.
