Meet Alatreon, supreme lord of every element known to Monster Hunters (Monster Hunter Tri 3 series, online mode recently discontinued, Alatreon is no longer a possible boss monster as he was an online mode only boss.) Alatreon is THE boss boss monster, top dog, doesn't get any tougher. He controls the elements as well as the weather. Known as an "elder dragon," Alatreon is considered a god (though of course you can slay him, as you'll figure out with the next 2 pics)
Resistant to fire, ice, wind, water, but not dragon elemental weapons ;)
Upon carving him of enough materials, you can make a full set of Alatreon armor:
