Define bullied. If they punched you in the nuts, spit on you and shouted "TEAM DRAGON SLAYER, BEEUUUTCH," then yes you were bullied.

It depends on the dragon. Personally I find most well designed dragons neat, but I can't say I'd want one as a pet unless it was like avatar (person bonds with mount on an emotional and mental level)

Also, dragons with control over lightening > all others in my book. Name that bitch Thor and just hit stuff with bits of lightening.
