Could be. It happens at specific times of the day for me.

usually takes 5-40 seconds for me to load
though the additional seconds are probably from how slow my 4 year old Vista is

I get lag, too. It takes about 7-15 seconds for my computer to load it, in fact, I was lagging typing this .

errr... if you were lagging while typing, your computer needs to get checked. Oh yeah, and it has nothing to do with your computer loading it. The site is taking a while to send the information to your PC (or some stuff like that)
