er, nevermind.
lose mood for current video > try redoing > lose complete mood > probably will never finish

great.

its a WIP btw.

Was slenderman right next to you in the making of the video...

jesus that static is annoying other than that I would give it a 7/10

I'll tone it down a tiny bit.

not bad
but needs more battle
not stuffty trench dms, or stuffty afghan ones
but on good-looking builds
and using good weapon packs and the like

Actually pretty good it's fine like that but maybe a little better lighting (wasn't referring to the end tho)

Am planning on.

you went waaaaaay overboard with the static and wave effect and the lighting is so dark you can't tell anything

the visuals make it look like some horror/dark-themed game, the music makes it sound like some straightforward, simple game, and the length of presentation is way too long.

for your information, eksi's video (minus the credits) is 49 seconds long; this is just as long but covers 10% of the material eksi's did.

however, i feel that you should finish this. it won't be a quality ad, but its not stuffty either. and it might be enough to provoke eksi to start on a new ad again; he mentioned once that he did his original BL ad because there was another one released that was so bad (in his eyes) that it didn't do blockland justice, so he set out to make a more quality one.

editing this again because i'm going to list out what needs to be improved

1) cut out the "runs on torque engine" and "greenlight" at the beginning because that is irrelevant to the game and makes it look like "oh you should think this game is awesome/worth looking at because its on greenlight"
2) don't use words to show things. its pretty clear what you are doing as long as you show it without messing it up with effects.
3) choose a different song. the current one isn't fast enough and forces you to slow down the video unnecessarily. it also doesn't make blockland look awesome, rather, more like "interesting"
4) don't use dark environments unless doing a specific scene where it would give an extra effect. preferably try to give a similar effect using daytime environments
5) use faster, shorter video clips, and cut action scenes together. generally spend around 2-5 seconds on any one scene for a fast-paced, stimulating video.
6) change the kind of shots you use: still, swoops, first person, edited motion stills, zoom effects, etc etc.
7) don't use just one effect for scene changes, and don't keep reusing the same effect for the same music change. basically don't overuse any one effect. simple cut shots without any effects do work, timed well. the whole point of cutting shots is to give different perspectives. if any scene seems too long just cut it to two shots from two different angles.

and it might be enough to provoke eksi to start on a new ad again;

that's... discouraging lol

I agree on the static and waves. I'd cut them completely.

static was way overbearing, and default builds?? really man? show some community content, jesus. video maker #1000 using default builds...

that's... discouraging lol
lol sorry

but again your effort is good. keep it up.

if you provide me with shots i can do editing and stuff but well, i think you can do it. just read my list of suggestions and i think you have the skills to do something cooler and less drawn out.

wellll
im just gunna scrap what i have and re-do something new
wynd and nightfox kindof put me out of that video's mood more than the others
:/

Add some light, jeez..
Less static.
Less dark builds, hard to see.
More gameplay.
Less darkness.

Try to use only default mods, I think I saw a brick inventory mod
