How do I make my add-on(s) downloadable?

But one problem, how the hell do I make it downloadable for everyone?

You have to zip the folder before you can post it on mediafire.  You do this by (windows) highlighting the contents of your folder, right clicking that selection, find "send to" in that drop down menu, then find ".zip", and it's done.  Upload this .zip file.  Make sure you didn't zip the original folder into a .zip file, because that messes it up.
