Let's say, for example, loveuality is like ice cream. I like vanilla ice cream, but, well, you like chocolate. You don't eat ice cream in front of me, sure every once in a while I might see you with other people who feel the same way, but it has no profound effect on me. I enjoy my vanilla ice cream, you enjoy your chocolate, the world goes on. But some people are elitists about ice cream. They say, nay, nobody may like chocolate, everyone must like vanilla, and dammit, we'll make you all eat vanilla. Well, that's a problem, because you like chocolate. Sure, you could eat vanilla ice cream, but you would never like it nearly as much as the chocolate, and plus, it's kinda silly to outlaw a flavor of goddamn ice cream.

I don't understand people being annoyed at gay people being gay around them
straight people do the same thing
I see this couple kissing every single day. it's gross. everyone thinks it's gross. the thing is, if they were both guys, I would still think it was gross. but a lot of people only care about it if they're different
and the only reason you should be uncomfortable about it is if you think seeing gay people is going to make you gay

I am fine with gay people being gay as long as they don't try to loveually harass me. I have a friend that is gay and he respects the fact I'm straight so it's fine.
