Mikoyan meant to send the engineers to Iria to help with upgrading the Paris gun.  Thanks to the Soviet's obsession with big goons the caliber will be larger while still maintaining the same range and power.

Unmarked planes start flying over Rebel Territory, dropping assorted small arms and non-perishable food/water. Atsinan soldiers in the trenches seem to slack off, not doing  work and not shooting at others in trenches. They just seem to dig there trenches lower and sit there throughout the day with other Atsinan troops.
