Well today was one of my common school dances, which are totally AWESOME by the way, (the dj knows his stuff! He doesn't just put a track on!) and I know it's not halloween, but we missed the halloween dance due to a storm, so we wore our halloween costumes today, and my costume was Slenderman. Now, you see, I wore a regular tux and the mask and gloves, and the pockets were pretty small. Well, I was dancing, and never noticed I had dropped my $180.00 ipod 4.
So I'm just dancing with all the moves I composed myself, and some moves that are for a song, and this woman comes up to me and asks me if the ipod was mine.
I was shocked. I never knew someone could be so nice and a good samaritan.
I said yes and thanked her a lot. She just saved me from my family yelling at me.

i went overseas a few years ago to Cannes, and in the airport as we were leaving, i had dropped my phone at some point. now, keep in mind, this is France. i don't speak the language, and 90% of the population does. as we were leaving for the gate, i look to make sure i had everything and i was missing my phone. cue panic attack. someone notices, and comes over, speaking French, and gives it back to me. i was going to lose it in a different continent.
