I like it when it's hot out. If the rain is freezing or it's a bit cool out I hate it.

Though being outside under some sort of cover is amazing when it's raining, as long as it's a little warm. The damp air and the sound is so refreshing, especially when it's thundering.

If its a light rain ill take a walk in it. Normal rain ill use an umbrella. Heavy rain is a no go.

No rain makes me itch wherever it hits. I end up with scratches from nails all across my legs and arms
