I have just forwarded my ports, so now I can host servers.

Unfortunately, I get tons of lag when someone joins. They say that they aren't experiencing any lag. This happens with anyone who joins.

Any idea what is going on?

I have closed out of all background tasks, I have opened ports 28000-28030, and I have enabled both TCP and UDP. My internet connection is also pretty good.

Well, it's DSL or Cable, unless they're the same thing.

If they're not, then I'm sure that it's cable.

I use ADSL

Hmm check you're router settings, mine where once set with security on so it worked but it was lagging.
