Author Topic: Is blockland 17+?  (Read 3270 times)

blockland by default would be rated T

animated blood in speedkarts, guns, animated violence
We're not talking realistic blood though, the little blood particles are basically red dots that fly comically out of a lego figure. I think E10+ is a fit.

It's E, in single player

You know how ESRB doesn't rate online interactions? That'd mean BL can't be rated

It would be rated T because of the spraycan label.

If anything speedkart is default now too and it uses blood and gore not just in vehicles but players too.

it's qualified under the ESRB's comical violence section, E10+ is the correct qualifier.
So wait are you agreeing with me, or did you not see that I made a correction?

Hah forgot what the spraycan label said till now

that angry mom mailed badspot because lord tony "raped" her child in-game

and then threatened to take legal action...
I expected that somehow

and then threatened to take legal action...
where'd it say that

and then threatened to take legal action...

i hope they don't find out it's totally real

ot: animated blood and gore, weapons, other stuff
i'm going with T

Speedkart has vehicle gore.
T

Speedkart has vehicle gore.
T
animated blood falls under E10
don't know where the line would be drawn

Blockland would be rated M (17+) or 16+ (Pegi.)

Since the "Speed Kart" update, blood and gore were added default.

Blood and gore fall under a "Mature" rating.

BUT
Before the "Speed Kart" update, this game would have been at least rated T (Teen) or E 10+ (Ten and older) because of it's violence, but "Online Interactions" I believe would fall under a "Teen" rating.

But, "Online Interactions" would not affect the rating as far as I know.

But again, as of now in my opinion, Blockland because of it's gore would be rated M.

Again, "Online Interactions" would not affect the rating, so if a server has research n' stuff, that would fall under "Online Interactions." But the creator would have to warn the players (you) or the parents of it's content via e-mail or via text (website etc.)

All I know, and I did not look up any information, I just thought of this in my head.

Since it is patently obvious that you are still refusing to take any responsibility, I have no option but to take the matter up with the authorities.

Each server has it's on individual rating in a way. It really depends on how the server is administrated.

For example if some sad people want to do a "love RP" you would consider those to have a higher rating than another server who go club penguin on your ass and mute/kick/ban you for swearing.

There is a good quote from Badspot about Blockland's rating saying something along the lines of "We should ban all crayola pens because you can accidentally draw snakees with them!" or something.
