In Portal 2, in the test chamber with your loved little friend, crouch next to the cube and listen closely. They play a little song which can be heard in the song from the Soundtrack - Portal 2 Songs to Test By Volume 1 - Love as a construct.

You can either visit in-game, or get the soundtracks here to hear the song.

EDIT - Forgot to mention, the song is the opera piece from the end of the game. I am willing to make a video if you would like.
