Undrivable vehicles

I have a problem with the vehicles. I have a lot of custom vehicles and I have the 4x4 and 2x2 spawns. Everytime I get on a vehicle, I can't drive it. It refuses to move out of spawn, even if I use the 4x4 and 2x2 vehicle spawns. The only custom vehicle I have that works is the Kamikaze Truck. This problem is for the custom game mode. I also downloaded the interactive vehicle script. I thought it was the cause so I disabled it. No matter what if it's enabled or not, it still don't work. Any help?

Disable the Gamemode_Speedkart add on when starting a custom game.
