I've played TF2 3 - 4 times since these hats came out, and i haven't gotten a single one, and i've had to unlock my weapons with achievements, i haven't gotten one thing with this item obtaining system, although i think i may have gotten the Jarate when i first started playing after this system was added, but that was it, maybe i need to consider ideling ._.
