For me it's most important that she still retain functionality, she absolutely shouldn't be dependant on anyone, therefore quads are quite a turn off for me. Occasionally I might think the idea of a quad cum dump whose sole purpose is to satisfy the whim of a man's lust but it generally doesn't last.
Whether by technology or simply perseverance she's got to be able to take care of herself because that's what I find attractive. That and the life experience associated with losing one or more limbs. Ideally no more than two amputations, three only if an arm is remaining. There's got to be some part of the limb left too. Amputations all the way to the socket just look jarring.
