"Romeo and Juliet" Assignment Help

So in my English class we're doing a mock trial for Romeo and Juliet. It's basically a bunch of groups of 3 people (attorney, defendant, speech writer) in which each attorney has to prove their defendant guilty about being the cause of Romeo and Juliet's death.

In my group, our defendant is Mercutio (y'know, the guy who's violent and reckless, fought Tybalt and died) and the attorney's job is to ask a bunch of questions to the defendant to prove 'em guilty. I need your help with coming up with some questions to ask Mercutio involving R + J's connections. I only need 4.

Funny, my english teacher made us read a few parts of it just last week to touch base on it before sophomore year.

I'm not actually 12. I've read several of Shakespeare's plays and have seen some of them performed.
