Doesn't come close to what happens in my dreams.
I'll take the least explicit one thats happened recently:
I sat down in math class and began doing my work when a loud ass siren came on and said there was several intruders in the school. We all hid in the corner but quite soon, the door got kicked down and 2 men began shooting people in my class. I heard people yell things like "I LOVE YOU MO-" before having their face impaled by bullets. I hugged my friend and he got shot in my hands, I was in tears awaiting my death. Then I heard the sound that overjoyed and scared me, the sound of an empty clip. Only 5 of us remained, 2 girls and 3 boys (I being the 3rd boy). My teacher was dead and so was my girlfriend, everyone was crying and sniffing, and covered in blood from their friends and classmates. The men came at us with rags, and I knew something was wrong. I took one breath and was out cold. Everything was black and there were no noises. I woke up in a concrete structure, tied in a chair along with 3 other classmates, Jack, a jock and not so close friend, sat in the corner, bullet in the head. I was the first one conscious. I wasn't crying but I was still getting over the fact that my best friend's blood was smeared all across my chest. Though one after another, my friends came conscious. At first, there was silence, it was the most horrifying silence once could possibly imagine. Rebecca, a person I hardly ever talk to, was the first one to speak (which came to no surprise since she is really talkative). She asked if any of us were hurt. We all agreed to being fine, which was a horrible mistake. A man in a leather coat, black t-shirt and khakis strolled up the stairs, with 3 southern looking gangsters behind us. He looked at me in the eyes, and pointed to us and then make a circling motion and a downward motion with his fingers. I could feel the sweat in my palms and shivered as they grabbed they untied us, picked up everyone (except me), and dragged them (yelling and screaming) down stairs. I was outraged at the man in front of me, for what he has done and what ever he was doing to my friends. He spoke to me like a snake, quick and certain (which scared the stuff out of me). "You're gonna be my little camera man" The words slipped off his tongue like it was made out of icles. He slapped a cheap looking red camcorder with the word "Canon" written in silver on the front. For whatever reason, almost instinctively, I opened the camcorder and turned it on. He grinned and hustled me by the arm down the stairs. The sights I saw were... gruesome. Children were mutilated all over the place, limbs and organs were just in buckets and there were blood smeared hatches littered all over the place. Then I heard yelling, screaming, the most disturbing sound. A chill shot down my spine as I walked down the next flight of stairs. It was a scene that looked like a movie, but the actors were my friends. The 2 girls, Rebecca and Jessica were dressed up in erotic lingerie and my friend Ben was dressed in suit and tie. They were each handed a little piece of paper which I assumed was a script, or something of the such. In each corner was a man with a slick looking pistol (If I remember correctly, it was a glock). I took a gulp, it was filming time.
I don't know if it is even legal to speak about what I saw next, what I had to film. All I can say is: it wasn't pretty, and only the men with the guns enjoyed it. People cried and in the end, were all shot. The man walked to me and patted me on the shoulder, telling me I did a good job. I began to cry, and he wasn't pleased with that. He threw me off the chair I was sitting in and kicked me with his leather boot while I was on the ground. Yelling at me, he dragged me up the stairs and threw me into a dark room with only a lamp and a matress, and a slice of bread. I knew I wasn't leaving.
The dream ended there, I woke up sweaty and my heart was racing. When I got to school that morning I was extremely shaky, and actually cried during lunch because of it.
It wasn't even the worst dream.
This is probably because of recent things happening in my life - and they are getting less gruesome now, so worry yourself not ~
that put aside, usually you should listen to music or read a book before you go to sleep. Wait ~5-10 minutes after using any electrical device before even going to sleep.
