I'm in Florida and let me say it's not a great state. High crime rates, crappy big cities where the beaches are, and lots of deadly storms and easy flooding come together to make a real stick in the mud state.

Okay so, funny story.

Tahlequah is told to be safe for the night.

I went to bed around 11:30 PM

I am woken up to my Uncle and Grandpa around 12:45 AM yelling at me to wake and get to the truck and to the shelter, it's pouring down rain, I'm drenched and freezing, we get to the shelter. Right when we get there some wingnut turns the AC on when we're all cold enough as it is, and then after waiting 30 minutes we're all freezing and then he tells us it's a false alarm and we can go back to bed. This was my first tornado warning I've been in, not as fun as they say.

well a while, i've only seen two tornadoes in my life in australia.
