People with class. You wouldn't know anything about that anyway. An expensive pocket watch would be nice to have, and not everybody wants a watch.

pocket watches are maybe okay in some instances.  they make you look absolutely nothing but old-fashioned, so if you want to look hipster or something go ahead.

I would definitely remove the chain on it. I can't tell if it is quasi-stupid or not.

the thing is it does look nice but i can't think of any time i'd wear one except with an actual suit or something... so maybe not

eh, dirt shouldn't be a problem unless you're a clumsy clusterforget or you're going to be like doing dirty work with it.  unless you've got some dexter-like murdering stuff going on in your career, in that case yeah go with the red or wine colored one.
