Author Topic: Hosts game, works fine, then crashes..  (Read 862 times)

Okay, well basically I host mini empire servers, a lot, and for the past 2 weeks or so I've been having bad trouble with crashes. I have no idea what could be the problem, I've tried everything but I still crash 9-10 times a day while hosting. Strange thing is that this has never happened before. Before these crashes started a couple weeks ago, I had only crashed ONCE in the past 8 years or so, so I know it is something that has happened recently. Others and I lose a lot of progress building when it happens, and I just want to know if there is any way to fix it, or anything. Thanks for anyone who can help.

Maybe it's a broken add-on?

Also, I reccomend you get the auto-save add-on incase this doesn't stop.

Post your console log.

Already posted a new help topic because I didn't see people responded to this one, heh, whatever, thanks for helping if you can.

Yea I already got the auto-save, it works well at keeping everyone from losing too much progress, but it is still a pain to restart server every 10-20 mins.

Be patient; we are all volunteers.

Anyway this is most likely caused by an add-on. A brick-related mod is spamming onPlant in console. Additionally, a mod is likely throwing this error at the end of the log:
Code: [Select]
Error: GetAdaptersInfo() - Unknown error
Based on that, I would guess that the Brick_PoleAdapters mod is causing the issue.

Ah, alright thank you, I will remove the add-on and report back if it is what caused my crashing.
