Its on his god damn website, which plenty of people know about. He's linked myself and many other people to the website before. It's a public mod. If he wanted it private he wouldn't have put it on the site.

generally mods that use staticshapes in building are failed

from what i've seen, anyway, excluding certain exceptions where they're made functional (e.g. jvs and elevator events)

i'm sure they look fine and work fine ingame, but that's entirely irrelevant because they're still staticshapes.
there's absolutely nothing he could have coded that would've made them completely 'perfected'.

No, it's not leaked, but barely anyone knows the link, and if you google it, it isn't an instant result, just like the city rpg drugs mod for example; its not private, but it's really hard to find, which is why I posted this add-on here.
I am sorry for anything I have done wrong. I will not post any more leaked add-ons.
