Some people were driving into the opposite team's spawn room to spawn-kill them. I saw this happen, so I recorded it with Fraps.

Well, then there was a big flaw in the base design, apparently Blackout has never heard of spawn protection...

I found out The Blue Spy is a badmin, he changed his name to Archeus or somthing.

The Blue Spy also asked for VIP in a server some while ago, with one of the VIP thingabobs are guns.

He didn't kill anyone, but I'm pretty sure he was begging for it.

Easy, you get spawnkilled, contact any admin or host, if he/she doesnt do anything, just leave.
I normally do this when people abuse spawn killing
