Hey everybody. I just want to (attempt to) clear up this misconception about bronies.
Many of them (myself included) watch the show for the production quality, story, and humor. NOT BECAUSE WE LOVE PONIES. Was that clear enough for you? Sure, there are some people out there who may not watch the show for that reason, but many of us do. Sure, there are some disgusting bronies out there, but guess what? Chances are they were disgusting BEFORE they watched the show! Watching pictures moving on a screen doesn't automatically make someone a loser, nerd, homoloveual, or a social outcast.
Now, would I watch the show if the characters weren't ponies? Probably. Would I enjoy it? Yes. Maybe not as much as MLP as it is now (because having ponies as characters give an interesting dynamic to the show), but it would still be enjoyable, by all means.
On that note, as a result of what I just said, you should quickly and easily be able to realize that NOT ALL BRONIES ARE FURRIES either. For goodness' sake, people! Do you even think before you type? (<-- Not directed at everyone.)
