I'm trying to use less 8-bit instruments so I started using MIDI.
The only thing here that ISN'T MIDI is the Freeverb plugin (which isn't much better than the reverb on a keyboard)

a little warmup - loops
an attempt at recreating the LoZ lost woods feeling - sorta loops
Bright Patterns - a song! does not loop.

i really like bright patterns

they all remind me of runescape

Ah these are real nice! Good editing, and I'm sure if you keep making songs they will sound amazing.

How'd you do this? I want to do this now.

I use OpenMPT for most songs. It has access to the MIDI library by default.
You'll have to find and download the Freeverb plugin, though. The default echo one is a bit more stubborn.

Bad thing is I don't have a keyboard :c

Yeah, that Annoying Orangeet noise is SUPER Runescape-y.
