It's just a fursona, a fictional creature that doesn't exist in real life. (Not yet at least)

If you have issues with mismatching genders like that then you're probably thinking about the other party doing something less than sfw in real life in which case that's your fault ;)

His sona is named Abby iirc. There are many comics involving "Abby". Abby's Adventure, Reign of Blood, The Red Fox, Ruki's First Hump, etc.
