in that case anyone who dreams is a skitzo
i fall asleep
ill dream about something happening (someone tells me something, i fall down the stairs etc etc)
wake up
think i actually did it until i realize i didnt :/

oh that sucks
that happens to sometimes too
its more in my dreams though
What happens in your dreams? Am I missing something?

Schizophrinia isn't just something you dream up, its a legit mental illness that basically forgets the person over in every way it can. Depending on severity.
In my case I have:
- Lost most emotion
- No longer have the ability to express emotion
- My walking is messed up
- Random twitches
- Short term memory
- Hallucinations (visual and audio)
- Random hostility
- A flat voice
- Delusions
- Random paralysis
- Constant staring
- Lack of sympathy and apathy

So on and so forth.

Thats actually normal.

great now I want to hug alyx

i would think that too until you realize that it interferes with normal thinking and causes confusion and grief

So does any kind of nightmare or thing that doesn't make sense right away. Feeling distress about dreams is an extremely normal human habit

Its because dreams can be pretty damn real making you think they actually happened. Its not any mental disorder. You're fine.

Why? Almost no one ever wants to hug me :c (most people think I'm going to be the next psychopath)

Now I remember what I forgot: Depersonalization. You know somethings wrong when you mistake your reflection for another person and start talking to it...

(most people think I'm going to be the next psychopath)
probably because of all the things you've described yourself as having.

you made a sad face that means you do feel emotions

I KNOW YOU FEEL THINGS

Anyone can make a emote. I am rarely really sad, other than recently where it has been really intense that it makes me want to cry.

I don't think it's the dreaming as much as it's the contents of the dreams that are problematic

You aren't schizophrenic, Frankie.

this thread is depressing needs more butts good night

Could be worse, could be like me. Where your dreams end up consisting of horrible.. horrible things....

I used to be afraid to sleep, or to close my eyes in general. I'd basically stay awake for days trembling in fear of what to expect when I finally can't keep staying up.

The start of the illness is really terrifying, it still scares the piss out of me to recall.

I'd hope not
You're fine
