It doesn't have to do with the doctor who gifs alone, although that was a perfect example.
Almost all of the posts this thread by those listed completely lack contribution and progression.

Now, obviously this is simply a furry thread on a lego-type game forum; and obviously not all the posts are like that.  But it's still pretty annoying at times.
