I disagree on that "non-artists shouldn't judge" thing. I feel I could make good critiques if I felt like putting my thought into it, although I personally don't like studying pictures and then trying to think about what was done right and what was done wrong. I find it pretty boring. I can point out anatomy and proportions and shading, things like that, because I understand and care about them, but I'm a loving stuffty artist. You couldn't pay me to upload my garbage.

Here's the thing: perfect anatomy, proportions and shading don't always make a perfect picture. Sometimes bending reality can make a much more appealing style in the image. There's literally no issue as long as you have a nice picture.

I'll also add that, again, this isn't the place for it. Willing to bet that most of us here aren't aspiring artists and find his criticisms more unnecessary than helpful.
