as long as he can be weakened/killed in some way that doesn't involve something incredibly stupid, he isn't OP

For example, unless you are just as augmented or using armor from the future, he can punch you, rupture organs and break bones in a single punch and at the same time throw you a long distance away with said punch.

He also cannot be bound with modern bondage methods.
