I didn't say anyone would sue anyone. I said it was illegal, if that's what you mean. and when zombie asked a hypothetical (and probably rhetorical in reality) question about suing, I responded, hypothetically. still never implied (much less said) that clubstripes would actually sue him, or even find out for that matter

that's not really any different. if anything it's better. I mean, at least in that case, the poster can say that they just didn't know it shouldn't be posted, because there was no watermark when they found it. but there was a watermark on the image zombie posted

Regardless; assume a poster was the one who removed the section with the DND on it. They posted it with the intent to share with and deceive viewers. Sharing DND images is piracy. It's content you need to pay for.
