You'll definitely be going for small, or maybe even mini sizes. Length wise isnt really the biggest concern with BD toys, it's width. Those things get really wide in the medium and large sizes.

Width can be stretched much easier than depth can

I have to be careful with lube, she's allergic to most brands.

Do you know what ingredients she's allergic to? I'd guess parabens...idk if BDs lube is paraben free... and I don't feel like checking at work

It works in a pinch, but once you get actual lube you won't want to go back

I could probably take a medium, but if I bump up to a large my ass will be sore for a month.

Small sounds good for her, she tries to act like a size queen, but she tells me if I get any wider for her that I'll split her in two.
