Wow it's surprising how many people know nothing about fursuits (or full body customes in general really)

To get an accurate measure of you body shape and size, you wear some cheap clothes, wrap yourself in duct tape, then carefully cut yourself out.
You mail that "duct tape dummy" in to the maker, they stuff it, and they build the body suit off that

Probably because this is a furry megathread with more than 4,000 pages, one would probably expect more to know how fursuits work

However, i'm not into fursuits, so i never bothered to see how they get made
