you could try using firealpaca
it's similar to sai but it's a bit simpler (this can be considered a good or bad thing) and it's free, it's for mac and windows

i'm trying to make a new fursona, or maybe it's feathersona if it's a bird, i don't know
my old one will stop being my fursona exactly and just go to being a character
anyways i'm trying to pick a good color scheme, this is one i've picked out:

(they're a swan, idk if they look very swan-like)
does this look good so far? i'm going to add more little details like accessories and markings and all that stuff later on
the background is like that intentionally, i'll put an actual background once i'm done
