Charles - Repeatedly Spamming and Insulting people on my server

It all started when I banned xJakex because people said he was freekilling(this was wrong and I admit that).
Charles then started insulting me and other people. Calling me a bad admin and others bad at the game.
We then voted to kill him(This is Mafia Madness) as he was the most likely to be maf and he was acting like a plain jerk.  The round ended and he started spamming the living crap out of the server.
