Edit: (to avoid double post) We also need some ideas on scripts the server would need. Visolator sent me a private message saying he could code small scripts, but not big ones since he doesn't think he would get rewarded enough.

EDIT: I did a quick search, the idea has definitely been floating around. Some people may actually make it.

Just think of it this way. When you click a player, they change playertype to a 20% slower player that can't equipt wepons.
