Help with getting Youtube subscribers.

I like the amount of views I'm getting, but so far I only have 4 subscribers. I do want more. Any tips to get more at all? I am going to do Blockland videos soon.

Just keep making videos on a daily/weekly bases and if people like what you're putting out, you'll get a mini fan base.
