even despite the fact that the screenshots arent formatted in an actual twitter format and it was uploaded on "failbook.com," the doctor would tell them that hiv positive means that they have it. even after those blatant warning signs it's clearly fake.
please use some common sense and stop going on "lol Fail! xd" websites in the first place, everything on there is fake.
