    Do not give links/talk about/show off private or cracked mmo servers - this is piracy
    Do not use "clever" innuendo to talk about any of these things

if acknowledging that piracy exists is bannable, you should go ahead and report everyone involved in this conversation. i'm 99% sure that "do not talk about pirating software" means "do not say you are pirating software." the closest thing to what you mean is "Do not give links/talk about/show off private or cracked mmo servers - this is piracy," which we aren't doing.
