Author Topic: Random lag, Then this error.  (Read 908 times)

Well I play some servers at Blockland, but after a few it starts to slowly degrade from good speed to bad speed, but then when I have to force close it I just get this:

Does anyone know how to fix this or make it at least happen less?

probably a bad add-on, type in trace(1); in the console, and replicate the error then post your console log here

Okay give me some time. Cause idk when it'll happen so.

Just got it 3 tries. But then this happens.

(The forget is my pc playing with me?)

Check my console log btw.

do you by any chance have a laptop?

Nope, it's a desktop.

well thats very odd, I kindof feel like the problem is your computer is overheating, it doesn't appear that there are any bad addons

It probably is. I've kept it on for too long, if the problem consists I guess i'll find more things.

Things you can do:
try turning your graphic settings down for blockland
if you are using dual graphics cards, switch to your lower end one
set your computer into medium to low performance

Lol I have a onboard, not real graphics card (Don't ask), and how do you do that again? o: Sorry Windows XP isn't my thing..

Did you scan your computer for viruses? Did you ever try doing hardware tests from your BIOs to make sure you don't have a hardware failure? When was the last time you installed the latest drivers for your computer, especially video card drivers? How long do you usually leave your computer on and does your computer ever shut off without warning? Did you ever get a blue screen of death recently?

1) Try running Windows memory diagnostics: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/diagnosing-memory-problems-on-your-computer

2) For that video problem, try toggling Vertex Buffering.

Try running the game without shaders. I got a bug exactly like that in the second photo when shaders were first installed, when I tried to use them.

Lol it's PC overheat, I saw it, but I think the video bug was a oveheat, i'll try buffering though.

Check my console log btw.
Go to options>advanced and toggle "Disable Vertex Buffer Objects" near the top
