Does anyone have any more Ranch/Modern wood stuff?

If anyone comes by a carpet/floor that doesn't look like complete ass, i'll pay 5000 for it.

Also, i have begun a project in which i plan to cut down my forests so i can turn them into small regions where only a certain type of a tree will grow. I already have a place for apples and for lemons.
