I need to know how to make a turn based mini game for a project i'm working on. Possibly using the no move player add-on? (It doesn't have to use it, just would be better)

Basically, A player takes a turn, when he's finished, he freezes using the no move player and another player can move. I need someone to help me make this mini-game
