I made a soundpack a while back. It hasn't been appproved on RTB or even looked at since loving APRIL.

It consists of a few dialogue lines from TF2. It includes:

Painis
Ah, PISS
Pootis
Nope
You suck!
Snort Laugh
You are dead! Not beeg suprise!
Ka-BEEEEEEEEEEWM!

Obviously, some of these are not exactly memes. But they can be very hilarious when used in certain stuff like noob traps!

Make admin room
Noob tries to open the door
Noob is denied access
PlaySound = "TF2nope.wav"

Make deathbox server
Controller clicks explosion button
PlaySound = "TF2Kabewm/wav"

Make deathbox server
Blockhead falls and dies
Make him feel bad!
PlaySound = "TF2YouSuck.wav"
