wouldn't you be?

wouldn't you be?
It's happened to me before, I wasn't really that bothered

Why did you say 20-something year old friend like their age was relevant?

By hacked I am referring to someone probably knew my password or I left it logged into their computer or they saved the password when I logged out. I dunno. It was probably my 20 something year old friend who's house I was at today. I left my facebook logged on there. So glad my homoloveual friend texted me to get on facebook or I'd be in deep stuff.
THAT ISN'T BEING HACKED YOU HIDEOUS rooster

Change your password and security questions for the e-mail that is linked to your Facebook.
It is very easy for people to get access to your e-mail using information on your Facebook. And once they have your e-mail they can request password changes to your Facebook and do so through the e-mail account.

Never use a security question that has the answer on your Facebook or elsewhere online.
This includes things like:
 - Mums maiden name
 - Hometown
 - Favourite pet
 - First Car

If these things are on your account, or even a family members account, then do not use them for a security question.

While you think they've simply gotten into it via you leaving it open, its also quite likely they could get into it like this. It's shockingly easy. Most people don't make their Facebooks secure enough.

Honestly these "security" questions are actually easy to answer. You should just make these things up. For example, "What was your first car?" Butterscotch.

What's your favorite pet?

Air conditioner.

Hometown?
Milky Way Galaxy

I completely agree. They're very dangerous.

Unfortunately those who are inclined to forget passwords find them useful, since its an easy question you can answer.
Of course, most people who know you even remotely can often answer them too. Yet because they are called Security Questions, people just assume they're very safe.

Choosing unrelated answers to them, like a backup password is a good idea, so long as you can remember them when you're given an unrelated cue.

I'd expect he was more mature being a lot older than me.

You didn't get hacked, you just left your account logged on somewhere public.

That's not hacking
