going for a 180kg or 175kg deadlift tomorrow, nervous as forget. i'm gonna pick depending on how i feel, i haven't decided yet.

gonna warm up with 130kg for 2-3, then 150kg for 1-2, then the PR for 1.

almost had it - right hand grip failed, got it off the ground but couldnt follow it through because it would have dropped loudly.  :panda:

Incline dumbbell press 4x9x30lbs
Military press 4x9x55lbs
Shrugs 4x9x40lbs
Skull crushers 4x9x45lbs
Tricep pulldown 4x12x30lbs

Situps 4x25
Hanging knee raises 3x20
Russian twist 4x15
Plank 3x60sec

I accidentally dropped a 70 lb dumbbell on my calf and proceeded to look like an idiot as I hopped around with an extreme leg cramp.
