My abs are pretty weak, but they are getting there. I don't have access to a gym, I just do my own routine in my room. I run, and ride my mountain bike a lot. I do 300 pushups every day. I do ab exersices five days a week. I do some form of cardio every day. The only equipment I use are two 25 lb. dumbbells, and an ab roller. I plan on doing heavy lifting eventually. I feel stuck where I'm at right now.
